
Reading: I started My Friends by Fredrik Backman audiobook this week! I’ve heard/read great things about it, so I’m looking forward to listening.
Eating: I’ve been making this deconstructed sandwich that past week and it is so good. It’s a take on the viral grinder salad from social media a few years back. I don’t have any measurements, but it’s just a mix of iceberg lettuce, red onion, pepperoncinis, mayo, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, diced turkey, and diced cheese. I like using chips to scoop it – it’s so good!
Prioritizing: Two words: spring cleaning. I’m overstimulated by every last thing in our house, so I’m going through every storage closet and area and doing a major purge! It feels so good to get rid of the things we don’t need and to reorganize the things we want to keep.
Obsessing: I’m very into stacking gold necklaces and bracelets lately, versus just wearing one. These are my go-to stacks right now!
Recommending: Getting outside!!! We’re finally seeing some warmer temps and SUNSHINE in Raleigh this week. It’s amazing how much of a mood boost a little fresh air and Vitamin D can bring.
Treating: I’ve had my eye on these mesh mules for a bit and every time I see them, they catch my eye again! Decided to order them to try them out. Will report back!
