One thing about me is I love a new handbag. I can create pretty much any justification for adding a new bag to my collection. I enjoy shopping for clothes, the occasional shoes, and makeup, but there’s no thrill for me quite like finding a great bag that I love! I’ve been that way since I can remember — I’ll blame my mom for instilling this love of shopping in me 😉
With the Spring season upon us, I’ve been assessing my bag collection and thinking through which bags will get the most use. I’ve landed on three styles: a belt bag, a fun bag, and a timeless tote.
Clare V Grande Fanny
You should be well acquainted with my love for the Clare V Grande Fanny by now. It’s just the perfect size, shape, and fit. I can fit everything that I need in it, plus have a little extra room for the occasional snack or pack of tissues. I love this evergreen color for the Spring, but you can’t go wrong no matter which color you choose! I also love the versatility that this bag offers by swapping out the strap (so many cute options here) or wearing it on your shoulder for date night.
Madewell Carmen Shoulder Bag
For my “fun” Spring bag, I landed on this beautiful suede bag from Madewell. I love this dusty blue color so much. The bag is big enough to fit a few more items that my daily essentials, so I like the versatility! This one will mostly be used for date night and solo outings.
Cuyana Small Easy Zipper Tote
This leather tote, you guys. STUNNING. A truly timeless piece that could carry me through the next 20 years. I love the size for packing with kids snacks and water bottles, anything I’d need to work remotely, or just the random things that we moms tend to collect and carry around. It comes in a few different color options, too!
