Hello and Happy Friday! It’s been awhile since I’ve shared a coffee conversations-style post, which really just means, let’s chat!
Mike has been working at his clinical rotation for six weeks now, which means that I’ve been on a good schedule for that long! He wakes up between 6:20-6:45 Monday-Friday, and I’ve been getting up with him. While I’m definitely finding myself ready for bed by 10pm, I love being up relatively early in the morning and getting a jump on the day. If I could find a way to be asleep by 9pm, I’d have my alarm set for 5am every day. There’s something about the quiet of the morning that you just can’t beat!
At the start of the summer, I was thinking we wouldn’t be doing much traveling due to his schedule, but we’ve found a way to almost completely book up July and August! We’ve got some fun things going on, including a trip to Wisconsin to hang with my family next week for the 4th of July.
I’ve been wearing this nail polish for the last couple weeks and love it! It’s a fun mixup from my usual pink in the summer.
Are you planning on shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale? It’s coming up in a couple of weeks! In the past, I’ve found some real gems through the sale, so I’ll definitely be ready to make a few purchases. What I like about the sale is that you can get some staple investment pieces at a good discount, and those pieces will last you years! I’ll definitely be sharing a bit more about it as the sale draws closer, in case you’re going to be shopping!
I’ve been wearing these beaded bracelets this week and loving them. Since I wear my Apple Watch a lot, I like to have something else on my wrist to style it up a bit more!
