Mike and I started the tradition of going on a trip to Mexico to start the new year back in 2018. We made a return trip in 2019, took a few years off, then went back with our friends in 2023. We were able to make the trip happen again this year, so we spent the first week of the year in the Riviera Maya area with our friends! It was wonderful! So fun to be able to be with our friends (without our 7 kids amongst the three families) and to have a relaxing start to the new year.
