Happy Friday! I hope you’ve had a good week. Mike came back home earlier this week after being gone on a week-long motorcycle trip. It was special to get that one-on-one time with Liam, but I always feel the most settled when my family is under one roof together!
We’re heading back to the midwest next week for our annual 4th of July trip and I’m excited! It will be nice to be able to see some family and friends that we don’t get to see very often. Plus, Liam is at such a fun age this year for all the activities that we do up there.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is coming up soon, which I’m looking forward to! It’s one of those sales that’s fun to browse and maybe buy a couple items ahead of fall weather. If you’re thinking about shopping, I’ll be sharing some things I have my eye on!
I have eaten caprese salad for either lunch or dinner every day for the past week – I can’t get enough! I’m using fresh basil from my smart garden, which is very satisfying.
