We made it to Friday! It’s been a bit of a long week in the Bown household. Sweet Liam is cutting 2-4 teeth and going through a little bit of a nap strike, so it’s been a little tenuous over here. If I’ve learned anything as a mom, though, it’s that everything is just a season. He’s actually been in much higher spirits the last two days, so I think the worst of this teething is over with…until he gets more! Aside from him having a rough go of it on that front, he’s been so fun to be with. He seems to learn a new skill every day, it’s wild. I love watching his brain work and seeing him develop! I cannot believe that he will be turning one in less than a month.
I’ve officially joined the air fryer family and I’m quite happy with my decision! So far, I’ve used it to make sweet potato fries (store-bought) and teriyaki salmon. We had the fries with turkey burgers and they were crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. The salmon was the true winner though – so good! It had a little crispy outer crust with a perfectly tender interior. It was delicious! I won’t make salmon any other way now. I’ve only used it twice, but am happy with the one that I picked out. It can hold quite a bit, too!
I’ve been wearing this nail color a lot recently. It’s a fun pop of color!
