Lou & Grey Recap

my sister and i had the pleasure of hosting a holiday gifting workshop at Lou & Grey over the weekend. we popped into the store on Friday to check it out and finalize the details for the event on Sunday. it was my first time in and i was instantly struck by how beautiful everything was. the clothing, jewelry, displays, everything. it was like being transported to casual & comfortable clothes heaven. 

we arrived on Sunday evening donning our favorite Lou & Grey clothes to a beautiful spread of snacks and sips and a store quickly filling up with excited energy in anticipation of guests arriving. 

the ladies started coming in right about 5 and, before we knew it, the store was filling up and the fitting room was being well-used. Kate and i had the pleasure of mingling with blog readers while others shopped the snacked. it was such a pleasure to meet everyone and it was fun to put a face to an instagram username for some! about halfway through, Kate and i ‘took the floor’ to offer some styling tips/ideas and a couple hair demos. i wrangled a couple friends into dressing in some of my favorite items to share with the group, as well as offering how i like to wear Lou & Grey when at home. Kate did a couple hair demos for styles that fit in with the feel of Lou & Grey. 

we finished the evening chatting some more with attendees and reflecting on how much fun we had! to those of you that attended, thank you for coming out and spending the evening with us! we hope you enjoyed your time as much as we did! 

if you live near a Lou & Grey location, you should stop in sometime. it’s gorgeous and full of beautiful clothes for everyday wear.
